■ How to choose your size ■Measure the circumference of the thickest part of your forearm.

*If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

■ How to use ■(1) Insert your arm from the V-mark side, ensuring the X-shaped knit is on the inside of your elbow.(2) Adjust so that the X-shaped knit is at the bend of your elbow. With your arm slightly bent, stretch the product well to remove any slack.
*Always wear directly on your skin.*If the wearing position is incorrect, the intended function may not be achieved, so please be careful.
