Measure your waist circumference (around the navel).

■ How to Use ■
(1) Remove the auxiliary belt from the hook-and-loop fastener on the main body. Hold the product so that the cross-taping part is on the outside and the tag is on the inside of the right side. Ensure the lengths on both sides are equal.
(2) Extend your left hand diagonally downwards, about 5cm below your navel.
(3) While keeping your left hand in place, extend your right hand diagonally downwards and secure it to the hook-and-loop fastener.
(4) Extend the auxiliary belt diagonally downwards and forwards, and attach it to the main body. Adjust the final tightness with the auxiliary belt.
