**[Dosage and Administration]**
Please take the following amount with water or warm water.

Adults (15 years and older): 2 tablets per dose, once daily.
Do not give to children under 15 years old.
● You can take it anytime—before or after meals, in the morning, noon, or evening.

- Gamma-oryzanol: 10.0 mg
- Thiamine nitrate (Vitamin B1): 10.0 mg
- Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): 4.0 mg
- Nicotinamide: 12.0 mg
- Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6): 5.0 mg
- L-Ascorbic acid sodium: 112.6 mg (equivalent to 100 mg of L-Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C))

**Storage and Handling Precautions**

4. If moisture gets on the tablets, the surface may discolor or crack; do not touch with wet hands or drop water on them. If the tablets become wet, dispose of them.
5. The packaging includes a plastic insert to prevent damage during transport; discard it after opening the cap.
6. Ensure the cap is tightly closed each time to prevent moisture from affecting the quality.
7. Be careful during handling to avoid dropping the container, which may cause cracks or damage to the tablets. Store in a box or similar to prevent impact.
8. Write the date of opening on the "Date of Opening" section on the outer box and label.
9. Do not take products past the expiration date (printed on the outer box and label). After opening the cap, it is recommended to consume within 6 months for quality preservation.
