■ How to Use
1. Pass your arm through so that the tag is on the inside of the elbow. Adjust so that the hole part aligns with the elbow tip.
2. With the elbow slightly bent, pull the outer side of the elbow taping belt inward and secure it to the anchor belt.
3. Similarly, pull the inner side of the elbow taping belt outward and secure it to the anchor belt.
4. If you wish to adjust the fixation strength, do so by adjusting the fastening position of the taping belt.
