■How to Use
1. Insert your foot into the inner lining from the side with the tag.
2. Wear the inner lining so that the belt is on the outside.
3. While pulling the belt, lift it diagonally and wrap it once around the inside of the ankle.
4. Secure the belt on the top of the foot so that it crosses over.

- Do not tighten excessively.
- When using for extended periods, remove or loosen it appropriately.
