**■ How to Choose the Size**Measure the circumference of the arm approximately 7cm from the crease of the wrist.* Medium: 15cm – 17cm* Large: 17cm – 19cm* If your measurement falls between two sizes, the larger size is recommended.
**■ How to Use**1. Pass your hand through from the side with the "V" mark so that your thumb goes into the side hole (can be used for either the left or right hand).2.
