The rare sugar "Alulose" is combined with the also rare sugar "Erythritol." Rare sugars are sugars that exist in nature in very small quantities.
Alulose and erythritol both naturally occur in the environment; alulose is found in dried figs and raisins, while erythritol is found in grapes, alcohol, miso, soy sauce, etc.

It has a gentle sweetness about 70% of that of sugar (sucrose). Please replace part of your sugar with this product.
