■使用上の注意≪定められた使用法を守ること≫■保存方法◆直射日光の当たる所や高温になる所には置かないでください。■使用方法＜こんにゃくの作り方＞
１、生芋の皮をむく。２、細かく切った芋と熱水をミキサーに入れすりつぶす。３、なべに入れ煮る。粘り気がでてくるので、焦げ付かないようによく混ぜる。４、半透明の糊状になり、煮芋のにおいがしてなべから離れるようになるまでなるまで煮る。５、６０度くらいにさめたら、ぬるま湯１００ＣＣで溶いた本品１袋をすこしずつ加えながらよく混ぜる。６、水でぬらした流し箱に入れよく押し付け、冷えて固まるまでおく（約３～４時間）。７、適当な大きさに切って煮る（訳３０分）。浮き上がってからさらに１０分程度煮る。８、すぐ冷水の中にいれアクを抜く。
