その昔、太閤秀吉公は、有馬温泉に度々訪れて心身を癒されていました。滞在時には、千利休らと茶会を催していました。この故事にならって有馬温泉では、太閤を偲ぶ「有馬大茶会」を毎年、開催しています。当本舗の「大茶会」は、その思いを炭酸泉せんべいにしてご自宅でお抹茶を楽しんで頂けたらと思いつくりました。炭酸泉せんべいの風味を残しつつ、一口目からお抹茶をしっかり味わえます。召し上がったときは、お抹茶の苦みを感じますが、後味には残らずすっきりしています。また、目でも楽しんでいただけるようにお抹茶そのものの、鮮やかな緑色になるように焼いています。お抹茶は、茶師 林屋和成（現茶游堂当主）が、炭酸せんべい用に抹茶を ブレンドしたものを使用しています。100％石臼挽き宇治抹茶を使用。
