■How to Use

1. Check which ear tip, S or M, fits your ear and attach it to the main unit.
Remove the heating element from the aluminum pouch immediately before use.
*S has an orange underside, M has a green underside.
2. Insert the heating element into the insertion slot of the earplug main unit and push it in firmly so that the heating element is securely fitted into the earplug main unit.
*Ensure the heating element is snapped into the retaining tabs.
3. Hold the main unit with the cut part facing backward and set it in your ear.
4. Adjust so that the heating element is in close contact with the hollow of your ear.
*Ensure a good seal and that you can feel the warmth.
