■ How to use(1) Just before use, remove a dedicated heat-retaining sheet from the outer bag, place it into the holder pocket with the printed side facing the skin, without folding.(2) Wrap the holder around your wrist and use.* Be careful not to tighten too much.* Use it by placing the sheet inside the holder pocket.* Do not use disposable hand warmers other than the dedicated heat-retaining sheet, as they may not generate enough heat.* After using up the dedicated heat-retaining sheet, be sure to replace it with the "Wrap Poka" replacement.

■ Precautions for use- Do not tighten too much. Tightening excessively may cause blood congestion.- Do not use if you:(1) Have heat in the affected area due to contusions or sprains.(2) Cannot remove it immediately on your own.(3) Have circulatory disorders in hands or feet.- Low-temperature burns occur when a heat-generating object at a temperature higher than body temperature is applied for a long time, causing redness, blisters, etc. Be aware that low-temperature burns can also occur without symptoms.- Do not insert other disposable hand warmers besides the "Wrap Poka" into the holder, as they may not generate sufficient heat or may overheat.
"Precautions to prevent low-temperature burns"- Do not apply directly to the skin; always use inside the holder pocket.- Do not use during sleep or inside futons.- Do not press or apply pressure on the heat sheet while in use or for a long time, as it can impair blood flow and cause low-temperature burns.- Check your skin condition about once an hour. If abnormalities are observed, stop use immediately.- People with sensitive skin should be cautious of low-temperature burns.- If you feel it is too hot, stop use immediately.- Do not use together with kotatsu, electric carpets, or other heating appliances.- Avoid use during vigorous exercise.- If redness, itching, pain, or other burn symptoms appear on the skin, stop use immediately and consult a doctor.
"Other precautions / Dedicated heat-retaining sheet"- Do not use for purposes other than intended.- Do not eat. Do not put into your mouth. If swallowed accidentally, gargle and seek medical advice.- If it gets into your eyes, do not rub; rinse immediately with water for more than 15 minutes and consult a doctor.- Dispose of according to local regulations.- Use before the expiration date.- Remove immediately after the heat generation of the dedicated heat sheet ends.
