■How to Use
(1) Peel the nose breathing tape from the transparent film.*The tape is attached to a sheet of 3, so peel off and use one at a time.
(2) Close your mouth and apply to the center of your lips.*Be sure to confirm that you can breathe through your nose.
(3) Sleep with the nose breathing tape applied.

- If you are sweating or have used skincare products around your mouth, wipe thoroughly before use. Also, repeated reapplication will reduce adhesion, so please avoid it as much as possible.- This product is for single use only.
