普段の手入れは仕上げ研ぎのみでOK、かなり切れ味の落ちたものや刃こぼれが見られるものは、荒研ぎから始めるといったように使い分けられます。
砥石部分はアルミナ系セラミックを使用しているので、研ぎ味が衰えず、長くお使いいただけます。
持ちやすいハンドル部が付いているので、しっかり掴んで固定でき、また底部にはゴム足が付いているので、滑ることなく安全に作業できます。
