◆How to enjoy
1. Put room temperature water into a pot (more than 50 times the weight of the hijiki).
2. Add the hijiki to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
3. Once boiling, be careful of overflow, adjust the heat, and boil for 2-3 minutes.
4. Be careful of burns, then drain using a colander, rinse 2-3 times with water, and drain well.
