◆ How to Prepare
1. Place room temperature water in a pot (50 times or more the weight of the hijiki).
2. Add the hijiki to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
3. Once boiling, be careful of overflow, adjust the heat, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
4. Be careful of burns. After draining in a colander, rinse thoroughly with water, changing the water 2-3 times, and drain well.
