[About Use]This is a dedicated warming sheet with temperature adjusted for Maki Poka. Always use it by inserting it into the pocket of the dedicated Maki Poka holder.(1) Immediately before use, remove the dedicated warming sheet from the outer bag, place the printed side against your skin, and insert it into the pocket of the dedicated holder without rubbing.(2) Wrap the holder around your wrist so that the dedicated warming sheet is on the outside of your wrist. *Be careful not to overtighten.*Do not wrap with the heating element facing the inside of your wrist.*Always use the dedicated warming sheet by inserting it into the pocket of the dedicated holder.*Disposable body warmers other than the dedicated warming sheet may not generate sufficient heat, so do not use them.*When you have used up the dedicated warming sheet, be sure to purchase the Maki Poka replacement and use it.
*Be careful not to overtighten.
