【Usage Instructions】【How to Use】・These are dedicated heat sheets with temperature adjusted specifically for Maki-Poka. Always use them by inserting them into the pockets of the dedicated "Maki-Poka" holders.(1) Immediately before use, remove the dedicated heat sheet from the outer bag and, without rubbing, place it into the pocket of the dedicated holder with the printed side facing the skin.(2) Wrap the holder around your wrist so that the dedicated heat sheet is positioned on the outside of the wrist.*Be careful not to tighten it too much.*Do not wrap it with the heating part on the inside of the wrist.*Always use the dedicated heat sheet inside the pocket of the dedicated holder.*Do not use disposable hand warmers other than the dedicated heat sheets, as they may not generate sufficient heat.*Once the dedicated heat sheets are used up, please purchase and use "Maki-Poka" replacements.
【Precautions for Use】・Be careful not to tighten too much. Tightening too strictly may cause congestion (stasis of blood flow).・The following persons should not use this product:(1) Those with heat in the affected area due to bruises, sprains, etc.(2) Those who cannot immediately remove the product of their own will.(3) Those with blood circulation disorders in the hands or feet.・Low-temperature burns are burns that cause symptoms such as erythema and blisters when a heating element at a temperature higher than body temperature is applied for a long time. Please note that low-temperature burns can occur without subjective symptoms.・Avoid using disposable hand warmers other than "Maki-Poka" in the dedicated holders. Other hand warmers may not provide sufficient heat or may overheat.
