The new Precure series that started in February 2017, "KiraKira☆Precure A La Mode." This colorful and pop work features five Precures inspired by sweets and animals, who are active in various scenes. The cast includes Kaori Miyama (Cure Whip), who has been active in dramas and stage performances since her child actor days and is expanding her activities into musicals and voice acting for anime; Haruka Fukuhara (Cure Custard), who has been active since her child actor days in "Cooking Idol Ai! My! Main!" and is now working as an actress and model; Tomo Murakami, who has voiced the protagonist in the anime "World Trigger" and many other anime works, as Cure Gelato; Saki Fujita, who has voiced the popular Vocaloid Hatsune Miku and many other anime and game characters, as Cure Macaron; and Nanako Mori, a former Takarazuka Snow Troupe male role actor and Miss Universe Japan finalist, who is active in various fields including Western movies, anime, and stage performances, as Cure Chocola. The cast members are also a topic of interest. "CAT MEETS SWEETS" is a mysterious and pop song! The coupling is the Cure Macaron version of the ending theme song.
