Shortened write times for large files

By revising the SLC cache design, the write time for large files has been shortened compared to the EXCERIA PLUS Portable SSD.

Also conforms to U.S. MIL standard "MIL-STD-810H METHOD 516.8 Transit Drop (Procedure IV)". Protects important data even in case of accidental drops.
