The "Kankō Tokkyū Shimakaze" runs briskly through the winds of Shima. In 2013, the Kintetsu 50000 series "Shimakaze" made its debut in time for the grand rebuilding ceremony of Ise Jingu.It is designed to evoke the refreshing winds of Shima, and currently operates one round trip per day connecting Osaka-Namba, Kyoto, and Kintetsu-Nagoya with Kashikojima.This work records the journey from Osaka-Namba to Kashikojima, passing through the Namba Line, Osaka Line, Yamada Line, Toba Line, and Shima Line. Highlights include various limited express trains passing by one after another, the diverse range of Kintetsu trains, and the changing scenery as you approach Ise-Shima.Furthermore, the Blu-ray extras include footage of the entire driver's cab and a "Super Wide View" that offers a panoramic perspective not available in regular front-view recordings, documenting the unique journey of "Shimakaze."
