It is possible to naturally cut carbohydrates and sufficiently intake dietary fiber. We use a 100% whole wheat flour type in which about 12% of the wheat flour is replaced with wheat bran (dietary fiber), containing 9.9g of dietary fiber per serving (100g). The daily target intake of dietary fiber is over 20g, but the average modern person consumes less than 15g (according to Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare data). Therefore, one serving of whole wheat udon (100g) can compensate for the deficiency.
The taste and texture differ from the usual type of dried udon noodles (100% wheat flour). Please note in advance that individual preferences may vary.
Since it contains plenty of wheat bran, it is possible to achieve both a feeling of fullness and carbohydrate reduction.
