Includes the latest single "KING KONG" JP Ver., which ranked 1st on the iTunes charts in 18 countries and regions, and the TV Asahi系 Friday Night Drama theme song "REVERSE". This is Treasure's first double A-side single.
On May 28, after a 10-month hiatus, Treasure made a comeback and included the latest single "KING KONG" JP version, which ranked 1st on the iTunes charts in 18 countries and regions, and the theme song "REVERSE" for the July season of the TV Asahi系 "Friday Night Drama『Legend of Head Sho』" in their first double A-side single.
"KING KONG -JP Ver.-" is a dynamic dance track with a strong beat and powerful bass, featuring a contrast-rich arrangement, and lyrics that express a blind love that knows it cannot be fulfilled but still dedicates everything.
"REVERSE," used as the theme song for the July 2024 TV Asahi系 "Friday Night Drama『Legend of Head Sho』," carries the meanings of "reversal" and "the existence of front and back," as well as the homophone "REBIRTH" (reborn), conveying a strong will to "be reborn as a new, true self and seize the future." It features impressive, edgy Wobble Bass phrases, deep bass rap that elevates the mood, and a chorus that bursts into a high-energy, addictive drumbeat, creating a powerful, genre-crossing, energetic, and emotionally resonant upbeat tune characteristic of Treasure.
