Product Description
A light-colored seasoned soy sauce made with raw whole soybean soy sauce as a base, and dashi from kelp from Hokkaido (Ma-kombu and Hidaka-kombu). The dashi from Ma-kombu, with its deep umami, and Hidaka-kombu, with its rich aroma, create a mellow flavor for the ingredients. Contains 11% salt, which is 25% less salt than regular dark soy sauce. Comes in an airtight bottle (450ml) that prevents air from entering, maintaining the color of the soy sauce and the flavor of the dashi for 90 days after opening at room temperature.
