■ How to Use
Warm the teapot and cups with hot water before brewing—pour hot water in and discard before adding tea leaves. Add tea leaves to the teapot (approx. 2g per 100ml of water). Pour hot water at the appropriate temperature for the type of tea (70-80°C for green tea, 100°C for hojicha). Steep for 30-60 seconds, then pour into the cups through the built-in strainer. Pour out all the liquid from the teapot—leaving the leaves to steep will make the tea bitter. The second infusion can be brewed immediately.

Arita Ware Porcelain—handle with care to avoid chipping. Do not use directly on a gas flame. Microwave and dishwasher safe. The built-in strainer is designed for tea leaves—not suitable for very finely powdered tea (matcha).
