**Precautions Before Use**This medication is for children, but it includes general precautions applicable to cold medicines.
**[Do Not Take]**(These precautions are important to prevent worsening symptoms, side effects, or accidents.)1. Do not take if you are:(1) Someone who has had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients.(2) Someone who has experienced asthma after taking this medication or other cold or analgesic medicines.2. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking the medication.6. Do not use for long-term continuous use.
**[Consultation Required]**1. Before taking, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller if you are:(1) Under medical or dental treatment.(2) Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.(3) Have experienced allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.(4) Have symptoms such as high fever or difficulty urinating.(5) Diagnosed with heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, gastric or duodenal ulcers, or glaucoma.2. Rarely, severe symptoms such as the following may occur. Seek immediate medical attention:- **Anaphylactic shock (allergic reaction):** Itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness immediately after taking.- **Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Toxic epidermal necrolysis, Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis:** High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread rash and redness, small blisters (pustules) on red skin, feeling unwell, loss of appetite, rapid worsening.- **Liver dysfunction:** Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, fatigue, loss of appetite.- **Kidney impairment:** Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.- **Interstitial pneumonia:** Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting, cough, fever, sudden or persistent symptoms.- **Asthma:** Wheezing, whistling sounds, difficulty breathing.
3. If any of the following symptoms occur or persist or worsen, stop taking the medication and consult a healthcare professional with this leaflet:- Dry mouth, drowsiness.4. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional with this leaflet.
**[Efficacy and Effects]**Relieves cold symptoms such as fever, chills, headache, runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, joint pain, and muscle pain.
**[Usage and Dosage]**Take the following amount three times a day after meals, and before bedtime if necessary.It is okay to take up to six times a day at four-hour intervals if needed.

**[Ingredients and Amounts]**In 60 mL:- Active ingredients:- Acetaminophen: 300 mg (reduces fever, relieves headache and sore throat)- Diphenhydramine hydrochloride: 25 mg (relieves allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion)
Contains excipients such as sucrose, glycerin, caramel, sodium citrate, citric acid, sodium benzoate, parabens, propylene glycol, flavoring, and ethyl vanillin.
**[Storage and Handling Precautions]**(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, tightly sealed.(2) Keep out of reach of children.(3) Do not transfer to other containers (may cause misuse or change in quality).(4) Wash the measuring cup after use and keep it clean.(5) Do not use products past their expiration date.(6) If the cap is difficult to open, soak the cap in hot water (50–60°C) for 2–3 minutes to loosen.
