**Features**
"Kids Bufferin Syrup S" is a syrup-type cold medicine for children aged 3 months to under 7 years.

**Precautions Before Use**
This medication is for children, but general precautions for cold medicines are included.

**Do Not Use If**
(If not followed, symptoms may worsen, or side effects and accidents may occur)
1. Do not take if you have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients.
2. Do not take if you have experienced asthma or allergic reactions after taking this or other cold or pain relief medicines.
3. Do not use other medications containing cold remedies, antipyretics, analgesics, sedatives, cough suppressants, expectorants, antihistamines (such as nasal allergy medicines, motion sickness drugs, allergy medications) while taking this.
4. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication (drowsiness may occur).
5. If breastfeeding, do not take this medication or avoid breastfeeding during use.
6. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this medication.
7. Do not use for long-term continuous use.

**Consultation Before Use**
1. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before use if you are:
- Under medical or dental treatment.
- Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.
- Have experienced allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
- Have symptoms such as high fever or difficulty urinating.

- **Stevens-Johnson Syndrome / Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis / Acute Generalized Exanthematous Pustulosis:** High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread rash and redness, small blisters on red skin, fatigue, loss of appetite, rapid worsening.
- **Liver dysfunction:** Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, fatigue, loss of appetite.
- **Kidney impairment:** Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.
- **Interstitial pneumonia:** Shortness of breath on exertion, cough, fever, sudden or persistent symptoms.
- **Asthma:** Wheezing, whistling sounds, difficulty breathing.
3. If any of the following symptoms occur or persist, stop use and consult a healthcare professional:
- Dry mouth, drowsiness.
4. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, discontinue and consult a healthcare professional.

**Efficacy and Effects**
Relieves cold symptoms such as fever, chills, headache, runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, joint pain, and muscle pain.

**Usage and Dosage**
Take the following amount three times daily after meals, and before bedtime if necessary.
Allow a 4-hour interval between doses; up to 6 doses per day if needed.

**Precautions Regarding Usage**

**Ingredients and Amounts (per 60 mL)**

- Acetaminophen: 300 mg (reduces fever, headache, sore throat)
- Diphenhydramine hydrochloride: 25 mg (relieves allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion)
- Additives include: sugar, glycerin, caramel, sodium citrate, citric acid, sodium benzoate, parabens, propylene glycol, flavoring, ethyl vanillin.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, tightly sealed.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not transfer to other containers (may cause misuse or quality deterioration).
- Wash the measuring cup after use to keep it clean.
- Do not use after the expiration date.
- If the cap is difficult to open, soak the cap in hot water (50–60°C) for 2–3 minutes to loosen.

Bufferin products contain ingredients with different active components.
This product does not contain acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin).

**Pouring Instructions**
Align the edge of the measuring cup with the bottle opening and pour.
Pouring while the bottle is still in contact with the cup may cause syrup to drip onto the cap, which can harden and make opening difficult.

**How to Use the Safety Cap**
- Remove the measuring cup before opening.
- To open the safety cap:
1. Press down firmly on the cap.
2. Turn to open.
*Placing the bottle on a table and pressing down makes it easier to open.*
- To close, wipe the bottle opening thoroughly and tighten the cap securely as with a regular cap.
