＜Persistent and Recurrent Itching in Dry Skin＞
In dry skin where the barrier function has been compromised due to dryness, even slight stimuli such as temperature changes from heating or bathing, or contact with clothing, can easily cause itching.
Furthermore, scratching worsens the symptoms, leading to a vicious cycle where once itching occurs, it does not stop and recurs repeatedly.

Keratinamin Kowa Lotion 20 contains the antipruritic ingredient diphenhydramine hydrochloride, which quickly relieves itching, and the anti-inflammatory component glycyrrhetinic acid, which calms inflammation and suppresses the source of itching.
Additionally, the moisturizing ingredient urea attracts moisture from within the body to keep the skin hydrated, and the skin-protective veil (base component) gently envelops the skin surface.
By moisturizing while suppressing itching, it helps improve the skin to prevent recurrent itching.

**How to Use**
- When first using, fix the cap (1) with your hand, then turn the nozzle (2) in the direction of the arrow to raise the pump.
- Press several times until the contents are dispensed. (If the pump does not rise, tighten the cap again, fix it with your hand, and turn the nozzle in the arrow direction again.)
- If the tip of the pump gets dirty, wipe it with a tissue or similar.

**Precautions for Use**
**Do Not Use On:**
1. Around the eyes, mucous membranes, etc.
2. Wounds such as scratches or cracks (fissures).
3. Areas where the skin is peeling like scabs.
4. Inflamed areas (raw, red, swollen).

**Consult a Doctor or Pharmacist If:**
1. You are receiving medical treatment.
2. You have had allergic reactions to medicines or other products.

**If any of the following symptoms appear after use, discontinue immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller with this leaflet:**
- Skin: Rash, redness, itching, irritation (pain, heat, tingling), swelling, peeling like scabs.

**If symptoms do not improve after 2 weeks of use, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional with this leaflet.**

**Efficacy and Indications**
Effective for dry skin with itching (xerosis in adults and the elderly).

**Directions for Use**
- Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area several times a day by gentle rubbing.

**Precautions on Usage**
1. Follow the usage and dosage instructions.
2. Be careful not to get into your eyes. If it does, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water.
- In case of severe symptoms, see an ophthalmologist.
3. Do not use on children under 15 years old.
4. For external use only.
5. This is not a cosmetic product; use only on the specified affected areas as indicated by the efficacy and indications. Do not use on the face for cosmetic purposes.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
1. Do not touch mucous membranes such as the eyes with hands contaminated with this product.

3. Keep out of reach of children.
4. Do not transfer to other containers (may cause misuse or change in quality).
5. Do not use products past the expiration date (indicated on the outer box and container).
- Even within the expiration date, use as soon as possible after opening to maintain quality.
