(3) Place the gel pack in the cover.
Attach to the body with the gel pack opening facing upwards.
Adjust the length of the elastic band as needed.
Apply the side without the aluminum sheet to the body.
If it feels too cold, apply the aluminum sheet side to the body or wrap with a towel to adjust.
