1. Place the bead pack into the cover (2 locations).2. Form into a ring and place in the center of the microwave. Heat for 30-40 seconds at 500W, or 30 seconds at 600W.* If it feels too hot, adjust the heating time.3. Wear so that the bead pack contacts your eyes and the back of your head. Hook the elastic band on the side over your ears.* If it feels too hot, let it cool slightly before use.4. Close your eyes and use for an appropriate amount of time (approximately 5 minutes is recommended).

If the contents get into your eyes or mouth, remove them and consult a doctor if any abnormalities occur.* Discontinue use if the bead pack tears or the beads inside are damaged.* Do not apply strong impact, such as stepping on the pack, or bring it into contact with sharp objects.* Do not warm with hot water or immerse in water. This will damage the beads inside.* Keep out of reach of children.* Do not use in any way other than the indicated usage method.* The moisture content of the beads varies with humidity, which will change the weight.* Keep the cover clean.* When washing the cover, place it in a laundry net. Never wash the bead pack.* The temperature and amount of steam may vary depending on the ambient temperature and humidity, and differences in microwaves.* The color of the cover may vary slightly depending on the manufacturing period.* The bead pack may turn yellow, but this does not affect its use.* Dispose of according to your local government's regulations.
