1.ジェル袋をカバーのままポリ袋に入れ、冷凍庫で3時間以上冷やします。
2.下着やパジャマを着た小児の腕を両サイドのゴムより通し、ジェル袋をわき下につけます。
3.連結ゴムで長さを調節し、後首つけ根に移動します。
