**How to Use**
1. Place the bead pack into the cover.
* **To Warm:** With the bead pack inside the cover, lay it flat on a clean dish in the center of your microwave. Heat in a microwave set to 500-600W.* *Approximate heating times: 10-20 seconds in summer, 20-30 seconds in winter.** **To Cool:** Place the bead pack in a plastic bag and chill in the freezer for 10 minutes or longer.
