**How to Use**
1. Place the bead pack into the cover.
* **To Warm:** With the bead pack inside the cover, lay it flat on a clean dish in the center of your microwave. Heat in a microwave set to 500-600W.* *Approximate heating times: 10-20 seconds in summer, 20-30 seconds in winter.** **To Cool:** Place the bead pack in a plastic bag and chill in the freezer for 10 minutes or longer.
2. Close your eyes and place the product on your eyes for an appropriate amount of time. (Approximately 5 minutes for both warm and cool use is recommended.)

* Confirm your microwave's wattage and strictly adhere to the heating times. **Never** use the automatic mode or heat for longer than the indicated time. Overheating can cause skin problems and damage the product's functionality.* **Always** use the product with the cover.* **Absolutely do not** warm the product in hot water or immerse it in water.* Do not use if you have eye problems or skin disorders around the eyes.* Do not use for more than 20 minutes.* Do not remove the beads from the pack. Do not ingest the contents of the bead pack. If the contents get into your eyes or mouth, remove them and consult a doctor if any abnormalities occur.* Do not use if the bead pack is torn.* If you feel the product is too hot or too cold, discontinue use temporarily.* Do not apply strong impact, such as stepping on the pack, or bring it into contact with sharp objects.* When using on infants or individuals with physical disabilities, a caregiver should provide supervision.* Keep out of reach of infants.* Do not use in any way other than as described in the instructions.* The moisture content of the beads varies with humidity, which will affect the weight.* Keep the cover clean and wash it in a laundry net. **Never** wash the bead pack.
