本作は、ラーメンズの小林賢太郎プロデュース公演第2作目をDVD化したもの。経営難に陥ったケーキ屋「七日堂」を再建すべく、七日間の休業を取り、起死回生のアイデアを絞り出そうとする4人のスタッフが中心となって七転八倒する。しかし、そのスタッフは揃いに揃って曲者ばかり。ケーキ以外のものなら何でも作れるパティシェ、プロレス好きで何年もケーキを作っていないパティシェ、普通の地味なケーキしか作れないパティシェ、経営手腕が欠けた2代目女性オーナー。この4人の他に、アルバイト、ライバル店のパティシェ、などが関わってきて起死回生どころか、 事態は複雑になるばかり。小林賢太郎ならではの巧妙でスマートな脚本が冴えている。（仲村英一郎）
