"Kenko ZX (Zekurosu) Circular PL" is the ultimate PL filter that achieves the best color balance and ultra-high resolution. The revolutionary "floating frame system" that does not load the glass ensures perfect flatness and ultra-high resolution. Additionally, the newly developed high-transparency polarized film provides the best color balance. It also achieves an astonishing less than 0.3% reflection on one side for a PL filter.
This is a high-quality PL filter that controls reflections and enhances color contrast while maintaining the resolution of the lens.

Adopts newly developed high-transparency polarized film
ZX Circular PL adopts a newly developed high-transparency polarized film. Compared to typical PL filters that tend to have a yellowish tint, it achieves no color bias and about 1EV brighter transmitted light.

"Floating frame system" that realizes ultra-high resolution
The filter frame uses the "floating frame system" common to the ZX series.
Conventional PL filters fix the glass surface with the filter frame, causing slight distortion of the glass surface.
ZX Circular PL holds the glass with special cushioning material, maintaining flatness and preventing distortion. It delivers the highest image quality PL filter that preserves the lens's original resolution while providing PL effects.

Realizes less than 0.3% reflection on one side
Conventional low-reflection coatings on PL filters have a maximum of 0.6% reflection on one side, but ZX Circular PL achieves less than 0.3%. It minimizes impact on image quality.

Water-repellent and oil-repellent coating

Lubrication treatment & knurling (slip prevention) processing
