Equipped with a 120mm aperture achromatic objective lens with multi-coating.
This is a long-focus model with F8.3, so during visual observation, you can enjoy a high-contrast, clear image typical of refracting telescopes.
Since it is made to order, delivery may take approximately 3 to 6 months.
Equatorial mount is not included.
It is renewed from the conventional "Sky Explorer" series and released as the "NEW Sky Explorer" series. It has been tuned in Japan to be easier to handle.

The "Sky Explorer SE120L_A tube" is equipped with a multi-coated 120mm aperture achromatic objective lens. It is a long-focus model with F8.3. During visual observation, you can enjoy a high-contrast, clear image. Suitable not only for visual observation but also for photography. It has been tuned in Japan to be more user-friendly.

This is the sale of the tube only. Please prepare a mount and tripod separately to mount the tube.

Multi-coated achromatic lens

Equipped with a multi-coated achromatic lens on the objective. Enjoy a high-contrast, clear image.

Large finder 9x50mm

Standard equipment includes a large finder 9x50mm. Bright, sharp images with magenta-coated achromatic lens and XY axis adjustment system allow comfortable target star alignment.

Pro-Cell eyepiece included

Two multi-coated Pro-Cell eyepieces included. Enjoy a bright, minimally distorted field of view.

Using PL25mm yields 40x magnification, and PL10mm yields 100x. Also includes zenith mirror.

A telescope suitable for both visual observation and astrophotography

Smooth and comfortable focusing

Focus knob made of high-quality aluminum. Smooth operation allows stress-free focusing.

Camera can be mounted on the tube band

The tube band has a U1/4 inch tripod screw for mounting a camera or other equipment via a standard tripod head.

Mount is not included

Mount attachment is compatible with 45mm wide Arca-type. Please consider the equatorial mount or alt-azimuth mount introduced below.

Use a separately sold T-mount adapter for serious astrophotography

With a separately sold "T-mount adapter," you can attach a DSLR or mirrorless camera body. Use the telescope as a lens and challenge serious astrophotography.
