"How to Make Lactic Acid Drink"
* Ingredients
* Milk: 300mL
* Sugar: 500g
* Citric Acid: 2g
* Lactic Acid: 7mL
* Essence: A little
1. In a pot, add milk and sugar and warm while stirring well.
2. Once the sugar has dissolved, increase the heat to 70°C, remove from heat immediately, and let it cool naturally.
3. When it cools to 45°C, add citric acid and lactic acid, mix well to dissolve, and add essence to finish.
4. Dilute about 6 times before consuming.
"How to Make Perilla Juice"
* Ingredients
* Red Perilla Leaves: 400g
* Sugar: 1kg
* Citric Acid: 25g
* Water: 2L
1. Add water to a pot, and when it boils, add the well-washed red perilla leaves. Once it boils again, turn off the heat and let it cool.
2. Squeeze the red perilla leaves well to remove them, add sugar to the boiled liquid, and heat again to dissolve.
3. Once it has cooled down slightly, add citric acid and mix well. This will turn it red and make the perilla color vibrant.
4. After it has cooled, strain through cloth or similar, chill well, dilute, and consume.
