A carburetor is a fuel supply device that mixes gasoline and air and sends it into the engine.
It mixes fuel and air, burns them at the ideal air-fuel ratio, and uses it as a power source.
While fuel injection has become common in recent years, vehicles equipped with carburetors are still in circulation.
Some classic car enthusiasts prefer carburetor vehicles because they enjoy the unique intake sound and feel that fuel injection lacks.
Many motorcycle enthusiasts enjoy DIY maintenance and seasonal adjustments, and many prefer carburetors over fuel injection.
If a motorcycle has been left unused for a long time or has high mileage, impurities in the gasoline (dirt, dust, rust, etc.) can adhere to the jets, causing them to clog and preventing the ideal air-fuel ratio from being maintained, leading to engine malfunction.
If the engine is not running well even after adjustment, or if acceleration is not smooth and sluggish, it may be due to carburetor malfunction.
Carburetors can also malfunction or deteriorate with long-term use.
If the engine is still not running well after cleaning the carburetor, an overhaul is necessary.
A carburetor repair set is a product for overhauling to restore the performance of a new vehicle by replacing deteriorated parts.
After replacement, you can experience the improved engine response as if it were a new vehicle.
If the engine is still not running well even after an overhaul, the diaphragm rubber may be the cause.
Since the overhaul set includes the diaphragm, you can use it with confidence.
After replacement, you can experience the improved engine response and throttle response as if it were a new vehicle.
We recommend a carburetor repair set to ensure you can enjoy your beloved motorcycle for a long time.
The necessary parts are included, so you can use this set for your overhaul as is.
