１．ステアジェルを約２ｍＬを手のひらにとる。 ６０ｍＬ：およそ５００円玉大 ３００ｍＬ：ポンプひと押し分
２．両手の指先（爪）にステアジェル（リフレッシュアロマ・リラックスアロマ）をよくすり込み、手のひらになじませる。 ※手のひらにのせるとゲルが液状化するので、すばやく手になじませる。
３．手のひらによくすり込む。
４．手の甲にもすり込む。
５．指の間にもすり込む。
６．親指にもすり込む。
７．手首にも十分すり込む。ステアジェルが乾燥するまでよくすり込む。
