The balance is such that after installation, even if you loosen the main line until the squid is reached, it tends to fall horizontally, and once it reaches the squid, it is designed so that the hook side lifts up. This feature reduces problems such as line tangles.
Because of this, simply tightening and loosening the main line slowly will reliably catch squid, making it recommended for beginners as well.
The half-Gasa Yaen hook uses an outbarb hook that balances good hooking performance with reduced spillage. It is equipped alternately with No.2 and No.3 hooks.
