◆ Precautions for Use ◆
The KIT contains many fragile tools such as woodblocks and mortars. Please handle with extreme care to avoid dropping or vibration.
After use, wash the tools immediately with water, and wash the pigment from the grooves of the woodblock. Do not use a hard scrub brush, but always use a soft sponge. Wash the pigment off the pads by kneading.
Dry the woodblock in the shade. Direct sunlight or sudden temperature changes can damage the woodblock. Also, the woodblock will warp until it is completely dry.
The printed patterns are water-soluble paints. The patterns will come off if rubbed or wet. Also, be aware that if you write on top of the patterns with ink, the patterns may bleed depending on the type of ink.
The postcards included in the Kit are for watercolor paints. Adjust the concentration of the paint according to the paper quality you use. The absorbency of the paper differs, which will affect the finish. By adding water-based pigments to existing paints, you can create original paints.
The Kit contains enough glitter powder to print approximately 150 postcards, and gold glitter powder for approximately 100 postcards. If printing on larger surfaces, more glitter powder will be used, so this is not a strict limit.

Please note that the texture, color, and wood grain may differ from the actual product. This is a kit that focuses on being as realistic as possible, allowing you to experience the techniques, materials, and tools of Kyo-karakami.
Uses Japanese catalpa wood and paints, the same materials as the actual product.
