[How to Use]1. Press and completely close one nostril with your index finger from the side.2. Inhale deeply through your mouth and close your mouth firmly.3. Press the tip of the nosepiece against the open nostril and exhale slowly through your nose to inflate the balloon. Success!* For each practice session, perform 2-3 repetitions for each nostril. However, if your child loses interest during the session, try again the next day.* After use, wash the nosepiece with lukewarm water. The balloon cartridge cannot be washed.
[Precautions]* For safety, use under the supervision of a guardian.* This product is most effective when used when nasal passages are clear. Using it when severely congested may put a strain on the ears, so please be careful.* Do not use for purposes other than nasal breathing practice. This product is not intended for treating nasal congestion or other conditions.* Exhaling without closing a nostril, or exhaling forcefully even with one nostril closed, can strain the nose and ears. Always close one nostril and exhale slowly.* If there is a risk of otitis media or severe nasal inflammation such as nosebleeds, avoid use as incorrect breathing may worsen the condition.* Do not force the nosepiece into the nostril.* Cannot be sterilized by boiling or microwave.* Avoid use near fire or heat sources.* Keep out of reach of children.
