[About Use][How to Use](1) First, hold one nostril closed with your index finger from the side, completely sealing it.(2) Next, inhale deeply through your mouth and close your mouth firmly.(3) Press the tip of the nosepiece against the nostril that is not being held and gently blow air out of your nose. If you can inflate the balloon, it's a great success!* For each practice session, do this 2-3 times for each nostril. However, if your child loses interest during use, try again the next day.* After use, wash the nosepiece with lukewarm water. The balloon cartridge cannot be washed.
[Precautions for Use]● For safety, use under the supervision of a guardian.● This product is more effective when used when your nose is in good condition. Be careful as it may strain your ears if used when your nose is severely stuffy.● Do not use this product for purposes other than nose blowing practice. This product is not intended for treating nasal congestion or other conditions.● Blowing out air without holding your nostril, or blowing out air strongly even one nostril at a time, can strain your nose and ears. Always hold one nostril closed and blow out air little by little.● If you have a risk of otitis media, or if you have severe nasal inflammation such as nosebleeds, it may worsen with incorrect blowing, so avoid use.● Do not force the nosepiece into the nostril.● This product cannot be sterilized by boiling or microwave.● Avoid using near fire or heat sources.● Store out of reach of children.
