[Expressing Milk Procedure]1. Press the cup part of the breast milk pump firmly against your breast.* Ensure your nipple is centered within the breast milk collection cup.* Lean forward slightly so that the bottom of the breast milk pump is roughly parallel to the floor.2. The suction strength can be adjusted by how hard you squeeze the body of the breast milk pump. Squeezing hard and releasing quickly creates strong pressure, while squeezing lightly and releasing slowly creates weak pressure.
