【「胚芽押麦」のおいしい炊き方】
1.とぎ洗いしたお米を炊飯器に入れ、いつもと同じ水加減にします。
2.そこに麦をお米1号に対して大さじ2杯、水を麦の2倍量(大さじ4杯)加えます。
3.約30分浸漬させ、通常の炊き方で炊飯します。
※本品は洗わずにご使用できます。
※配合量は目安です。慣れてきたらお好みで増減してください。
【保存方法】
直射日光、高温多湿を避けて保存してください。
【注意】
・本品は農産物のため、産地や品種によって色や形がばらつくことがありますが、品質には問題ありません。
・本品は麦の胚芽(黄色い部分)を残す加工をしております。本品に含まれる黄色い粒は剥がれた胚芽ですので品質には問題ありません。
・炊飯器で保温しておきますと麦が変色することがございますが、これはポリフェノールによるものです。変色が気になる方は、冷凍保存をおすすめします。
