Named after the Uji Seven Famous Tea Gardens, which were favored by Shogun Yoshimitsu Ashikaga, this matcha is ideal for usucha (thin tea). It is a distinguished product that embodies the tradition and skill of Kanbayashi Shunsho Honten, which held the highest position of "Gobutsu Ocha-shi" (Imperial Tea Master) during the Edo period.
