Ryotaro and his companions head to the past, pursuing an Imagin possessing a jewel thief. However, it was a trap set to steal the Den-Liner. The mastermind is Gaoh, the leader of a group of robbers who only target time trains. In order to obtain the "God Train," which runs on the "God Line" and can control all time, he takes the Owners hostage and makes the Den-Liner run into the past. Left behind are Ryotaro, Hana, and Momotaros. Furthermore, Ryotaro has lost his memories of fighting as Den-O, and Momotaros is unable to possess him. They also encounter a 10-year-old Ryotaro (named Kotaro by Momotaros). He wishes to ride a time-traveling train and asks to accompany them. With the help of Yuuto Sakurai, they pursue Gaoh in the Zero Liner. After passing through various eras, Ryotaro and his companions find the Den-Liner in the Edo period. There, Gaoh has allied with Yukimura Sanada and is attempting to break the final seal leading to the God Line. Ryotaro and his companions manage to escape the Den-Liner and successfully reunite with the Owners, but Gaoh finally breaks the seal of the God Train! The train is heading for December 26, 1988. What happens on that day?
