Take the following amount 3 times a day, with water or plain boiled water, before or between meals.
Adults (15 years and over): 1 packet
7 years and under 15 years: 2/3 packet
4 years and under 7 years: 1/2 packet
2 years and under 4 years: 1/3 packet
Under 2 years: 1/4 packet
*Between meals refers to 2-3 hours after meals.
