"Kishin Gensou Rune Masquer," a completely original work by Yutaka Izubuchi and Kaiyodo, began in 1988, unfolding through both three-dimensional and illustrated forms.
With today's perspective and technology, the "Rune Masquer," a mechanical god designed by Yutaka Izubuchi appearing in the work, is newly released as a plastic model kit.
The prototype production is handled by Akira Tani, the foremost expert in mechanical modeling at Kaiyodo. He has sculpted Izubuchi's unique design, which fuses mechanical features with the biological characteristics of a centaur, in a voluminous, large size.
The exterior, composed of smooth curves, and organic parts such as the flowing mane and tail, are designed for easy assembly through skillful part division, even as a fixed pose model.
The kit also includes a base and a large spear as armament.
Once completed, you can enjoy the sight of the mechanical god "Rune Masquer" standing on rocky terrain, exuding divinity.
