▼Ingredient Description
Per daily dose: 1 packet (3.0g) contains
Ingredients: Senna (Japanese Pharmacopoeia), Amount: 3.0g, Action: Stimulates intestinal peristalsis and promotes bowel movements.
▼Efficacy and Effects
Constipation. Relief of the following symptoms associated with constipation: Heaviness in the head, hot flashes, rough skin, pimples, loss of appetite (decreased appetite), abdominal distension, abnormal intestinal fermentation, hemorrhoids.
▼Dosage and Administration
Adults (15 years and older) should place 1 packet (daily dose) into 150mL-200mL of boiling water, simmer for 15 minutes, remove the packet, and drink 1/2 to the full amount of the decoction before bedtime. However, start with the smallest dose and gradually increase or decrease the amount based on bowel movements and condition.
11 to under 15 years old: 2/3 of adult dose
7 to under 11 years old: 1/2 of adult dose
3 to under 7 years old: 1/3 of adult dose
Under 3 years old: Do not administer
