**◆ Pearl Barley (Seihaku-ryu)**

This is pearl barley with its hard outer shell removed, processed through a polishing machine.
The bran layer has been removed.

Simply cook it with white rice in a rice cooker, using 10-20% of the amount of white rice, to create a fluffy and sweet rice dish.

For those who prefer, we also recommend adding other grains like foxtail millet or Japanese millet, or vegetables to make a porridge.

You can easily make pearl barley porridge by placing an appropriate amount of pearl barley in a thermos, pouring hot water, and letting it steep for about 8 hours.
